He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust." ~ Psalm 91:1-2

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

Ten years ago today, we were all effected by the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Our lives may have been changed forever. It is our responsibility to keep the commitment to remembering the lives of those lost on 9/11, the men and women who perished trying to save them and the many more lives killed while fighting the perpetrators of these terrorist attacks. September 11, 2001 will live forever in our hearts. Hard to believe it has now been ten years to the day when our country was attacked so vehemently and maliciously, shaking American lives and its security forever.
The sheer horror of what we witnessed that fateful day may have been our darkest hours. The way New Yorkers responded and how Americans united to help and support those who suffered loss was probably our greatest moment. It should serve as a reminder that no matter how extreme our differences, we can rally to help each other and comeback better than ever. We are Americans! We are resilient and strong! And we will never forget!
